Favignana: The largest of the islands is the butterfly-shaped favignana, which is dominated by Monte santa Caterina to the west. Around the coast tufa quarries are carved out of the crystal-clear waters, cala rossa and cavallo.
Levanzo: in levanzo you can examine the prehistoric cave paintings at the Grotta Genovese and to spend some time swimming off its plebby beaches in the crystal- clear waters.
Marettimo: is a collection of green mountain peaks and white-washed houses dipping in to a little horbour packed with fishermen's boats.
